Limited Lifetime Warranty on iPhone Screen Repairs

Phonezone offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all “LCD/OLED” iPhone screen repairs performed by The Company. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the iPhone screen replacement under normal use. It does not cover damages caused by drops, impacts, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, neglect, or any other external factors.
The warranty is void if the repaired device is opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than a Phonezone technician. The warranty is also voided by any damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty claims must be made directly to Phonezone. Upon verification of the warranty claim, The Company, at its discretion, will either repair the device, replace the screen, or offer a suitable alternative.

90-Day Warranty on All Other Repairs and Sales

Phonezone offers a 90-day warranty on all other repairs and sales from the date of purchase or completion of repair.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and does not cover damages caused by drops, impacts, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, neglect, or any other external factors.
The warranty is void if the product or repaired device is opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than a Phonezone technician. The warranty is also voided by any damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Phonezone is not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages or losses that arise during or after the repair or sale of any product, including, but not limited to, data loss or unauthorized data access.
Customers are advised to backup their device’s data before any repair. Phonezone will not be responsible for data loss or data recovery.
The above warranties are the only warranties provided by Phonezone, expressed or implied. Phonezone disclaims any implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability
